Please note that the following services are NOT covered by OHIP and are subject to fees. Please see below for pricing details.

Sinus X-Ray’s – X008 – $40.00

Immigration Chest X-Ray – X090 – $30.00

Radiological Reports for Chiropractic exams – $7.00 per exam

High Risk Bone Densitometry (within 1 year of last exam) – X155 – $140.00

CD of Images/Report – $10.00

Third party access to medical records – PocketHealth – https://www.pockethealth.com

If you undergo any of the above uninsured examinations, you will be responsible for full payment.
