At Westney Heights Diagnostic Centre, we are committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care and a positive patient experience. We value your feedback and take all concerns seriously, as it helps us improve our services. We are dedicated to ensuring that all patient concerns are addressed thoroughly and promptly.
Should you have any concerns or complaints regarding the care you received or the operations of our clinic, please do not hesitate to contact our Management Team at feedback@whdc.ca.
Alternatively, you may provide your information to a staff member, who will forward it to the Management Team on your behalf.
All feedback — whether verbal or written — is reviewed carefully and handled in a confidential and respectful manner. We strive to acknowledge and respond to all complaints within 10 business days.
Concerns involving potential harm or risk of harm will be prioritized and addressed immediately.
If you feel your concern has not been resolved satisfactorily, or if it has not been addressed in a timely manner, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Patient Ombudsmanunder the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010.
